Choose how to to use your data

Prices are shown on each plan card. Switching options only changes what’s displayed; it doesn’t create an order.

Monthly plan: data resets on the activation date

For people who visit international websites every month. Choose an allowance based on combined use across all your devices, not just your primary device.

Light use

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 / month
Data resets monthly on the activation date

For text-based conversations, research and browsing international websites. A good option if you mainly read documents and work online.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Video streaming, file syncing and downloads also use data. This is not an unlimited-data plan, so check your usage in the panel to see whether you need a different allowance.

Everyday mixed use

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18 / month
Data resets monthly on the activation date

For using AI tools, remote work and media across one account. It offers a larger monthly allowance than the light-use plan to help cover a range of everyday needs.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

The card outline is for visual distinction only. It doesn’t indicate that you already have the plan or that it’s discounted. Choose an allowance based on your actual usage.

Higher data use

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month
Data resets monthly on the activation date

For frequent video streaming, larger file transfers and sustained use across multiple devices. Choose this plan for its data allowance, not as a guarantee of access to any particular app.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Even a larger allowance has a limit. Video quality, background updates and cloud syncing all affect data use, so don’t estimate usage based only on time spent actively using your devices.

Key monthly plan rules

Data resets monthly on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before placing an upgrade order, check the target plan, amount and validity period in the panel. An upgrade does not restart a full billing cycle.

Included with every plan

120+ countries / 210+ routes
Choose an international route based on your location and needs. Coverage describes available network resources; it doesn’t mean every exit works with every destination. Access is also subject to the destination service’s rules.
Unlimited devices online at once
Use the service across work and personal devices at the same time. Consider combined data use across all devices: there’s no device limit, but your plan still has a data allowance.
Quantum encryption
V9VPN describes its security service as quantum-encrypted. Keep your account password and subscription details secure, and get client configurations from the user panel rather than sharing them indiscriminately.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Sign in on Windows, macOS, Android or Linux to access the client app. Sign in to get your subscription. iOS access is provided according to the rules for eligible plans shown in the user panel; check the panel for the current access point.
AI tools and streaming use cases
Choose routes for AI tools, media and international websites. Plans don’t include subscriptions or API credits for third-party platforms. Availability, streaming quality and account eligibility are determined by each platform.
Support tickets in the user panel
Submit tickets in the user panel for order, connection or refund issues. Describe what you were doing, any client messages and the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried. Don’t include your password or full subscription details in a ticket.

Monthly Plans vs. Data Packs: A Comparison

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date; data packs remain valid until used and never expire. Choose based on whether your usage is regular, not on device count: both options support unlimited devices.

If you’re not sure how you use data, first distinguish between text browsing, video streaming and file transfers, then check your actual usage in the panel. The same time online doesn’t necessarily mean the same data use. Remember to account for background updates and syncing. We don’t convert data allowances into fixed viewing hours or conversation counts on this page.

Payment and order confirmation

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Pay through the user panel

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Plan cards take you to the plans section of the user panel; no payment is taken on this page. No email address required: create an account with a username and password, then review your plan and order.

View plans in the panel

Check the plan type, then the price

Choose the same plan in the panel as on this page. Confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or data pack, then check the data allowance and amount due. Billing rules differ, so don’t choose based only on the data figure on a card. For a mid-cycle upgrade, check the prorated amount and remaining days carefully.

Once you reach checkout, follow the instructions for your selected payment method. For USDT, check the network, amount and transfer details displayed at checkout before sending funds. Don’t reuse details from an old order or substitute payment information based on past experience. Always use the details shown at the current checkout.

After paying, return to the panel to check your order status and account details, then get your subscription and import it into your client app. If your status hasn’t updated after payment, keep your order and payment records and contact support through a ticket. Avoid creating repeated orders, which can make records harder to track. Client access is available in the panel; this page doesn’t provide direct download links.

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. When choosing a plan, consider your devices, main use cases and billing preferences. Request a refund through a support ticket in the user panel. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details.

Sign in with the account used to pay, then explain your refund request and include the relevant order in a support ticket. If your account has different types of orders, specify which monthly plan or data pack you want refunded so support can match it to the payment. You don’t need to share your full password, subscription details or unrelated personal information to request a refund.

Check for a reply in the same ticket and provide any order details needed to process your request. Confirm the status in the panel. This page doesn’t promise a specific refund processing time, and a refund policy doesn’t guarantee access to third-party platforms. If you’re looking to change your data allowance, first distinguish an upgrade from a refund: mid-cycle monthly plan upgrades prorate the price difference against the remaining days, and follow a different process.

Billing and Refund FAQs

How much do monthly plans and data packs cost?

¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date; data packs remain valid until used and never expire.

How many devices can I use at once?

There’s no device limit. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on your account’s data use when multiple devices are connected; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket. Include the relevant order and your request, then check the ticket for updates. See the Terms of Service for eligibility details.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Sign in to the user panel and choose a plan. Check the order amount and plan type, follow the checkout instructions to pay, then return to the panel to confirm the order status.

When does monthly data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the target plan, amount due and updated validity period in the user panel. An upgrade does not start a new full billing cycle.

Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?

Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. They draw from the purchased allowance rather than resetting monthly, making them suitable for irregular use. Sign in to the user panel to check your remaining data and order details.
